Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery times vary based on location: Metro Manila (2-5 days), Provincial areas (5-10 days).

Customers may opt to avail of local couriers within Metro Manila. For provincial areas, we can ship via LBC scheduled for release every Tuesday and Thursday.

Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand that circumstances may change, and customer satisfaction is our priority. Our return policy is structured to provide clarity and convenience to our customers, offering a straightforward process for returns and exchanges. This approach aims to build trust and reassure our customers that their satisfaction is paramount.

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To initiate a return, email us at hello@kraftedph.com with the order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.

Items must be in their original packaging and unused for a return to be processed.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days or customers may opt for a replacement or store credit.

Shipping fees for returns will be shouldered by the customer unless the issue is due to our error.
