CUSTOMER CARE

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Custom orders may require additional processing time, typically 5-7 business days, depending on complexity.

2. Payment Methods

  • We accept payments via GCash, and bank transfer

  • Payment confirmation is required to proceed with order processing.

3. Shipping

  • Delivery is available nationwide in the Philippines.

  • Shipping times: Metro Manila (2-5 business days), Provincial Areas (5-10 business days).

4. Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Refunds are processed as store credit, replacements, or a refund to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs for returns are covered by the customer unless the issue is our error.

5. Custom Orders

  • No returns or refunds are allowed for custom-printed items unless they are defective or incorrect due to our error.

  • A digital proof will be provided for approval before production begins.

6. Privacy Policy

  • Customer information is collected for order processing and shipping purposes only.

  • We do not share or sell customer data to third parties.
